Indo-Asian Projects Ltd has informed BSE that hitherto that the Managing Director of the Company namely P. Sreenivasa lyyengar himself is acting as Compliance Officer of the Company. Now the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and appointed Mr. P. Subramanyam as Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. April 02, 2012.
Therefore w.e.f. April 02, 2012 Mr. P. Subramanyam is designated as Compliance officer of the Company.
