Indo-Asian Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Registered office of the Company is situated at Flat No. 507, 16-11-577, Bharadwaja Complex, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad - 500060. For Administrative and operational conveniences the Board of Directors have considered and passed a Resolution to shift the Registered office and Administrative office of the Company from the existing address of Flat No. 507, 16-11-577, Bharadwaja Complex, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad- 500060 to House No. 7-2-1344, SRT 1089, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad- 500018 w.e.f. April 02, 2012.

W.e.f. April 02, 2012, the Registered office and Administrative office of the Company will be situated at House No. 7-2-1344, SRT 1089, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad- 500018.
