Mawana Sugars - Outcome of Board Meeting

Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2012 have decided to change the financial year from existing April-March to October-September.

Subject to the necessary approvals/permissions from ROC under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, the present financial year of the Company shall consist of a period 18 months ending on September 30, 2012.
