HDFC - FY 12 results on May 07, 2012

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation will be held on May 07, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of the audited financial results of the Corporation for the year ended March 31, 2012;

2. Approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012;

3. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2011-12; and

4. Matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
