IVRCL Assets - Extension of Financial Year

IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution passed on March 28, 2012, have approved the extension of financial year 2011-2012 of the Company by a period of 3 (three) months i.e. upto June 30, 2012. Accordingly, the annual accounts of the Company for the current financial year 2011-2012 shall be prepared for a period of 15 (fifteen) months from April 01, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
