Warren Tea - Outcome of Board Meeting

Warren Tea Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2012, has transacted the following:

1. The resignation of Mr. Rajat Agarwalla as Director was accepted.

2. Mr. Ravi Kidwai was appointed joint Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
