Arvind Products - Revised Record Date for Amalgamation

With reference to the earlier announcement about the Record Date for determining the entitlement of shareholders of "Arvind Products Limited", the Transferor Company to receive the shares of "Arvind Limited", the Transferee Company in pursuance of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of amalgamation of Arvind Products Limited with Arvind Limited.

The process for transfer of shares of Arvind Products Limited from subsidiary Company, "Asman Investments Limited" to holding Company, "Arvind Limited" and cancellation of such cross holding pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat dated December 29, 2011 approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of amalgamation of Arvind Products Limited with Arvind Limited and Demerger and transfer of Investment division of Asman investments Limited to Arvind Limited is under process as these shares are under Pledge. In view of this, the Directors of Arvind Limited have decided to extend the Record Date and fix a new Record Date as under:

- Old Record Date : March 20, 2012

"New Record Date : April 20, 2012."
