India Infoline - Allotment of Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOPs
India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has by a circular resolution on March 13, 2012 allotted 1,33,650 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 28,88,90,553 equity shares to 28,90,24,203 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
