IDFC - Public Issue of long term infrastructure bonds (Tranche 3)

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors, at its meeting held on March 12, 2012, had approved the following -

1. Prospectus - Tranche 3 which includes terms and conditions for Tranche 3 (2011-2012); and

2. Issue to open for subscription from March 19, 2012 to March 30, 2012.
