Nandan Exim - Reschedulement of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 28, 2012, regarding Board Meeting on March 10, 2012, for the purpose of matters related to allotment and other agenda pursuant to consolidation of shares, Nandan Exim Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company is re-scheduling the Board Meeting on March 12, 2012, instead of earlier intimation of Board Meeting.
