K Sera Sera - Outcome of Board Meeting

K Sera Sera Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board has appointed Brigadier Vinod Ahuja as Additional Director of the company with immediate effect.

2. Due to malafide intention, Mr. Sanjay Lai, has lost the trust of the Board of Directors of the Company and Mr. Sanjay Lai has been removed from the post of Managing Director with immediate effect.

3. The Board has appointed Brigadier Vinod Ahuja as Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the Company with immediate effect.

4. The Board has terminated the services of Mr. Sanjay Gupta, CEO of the Company with immediate effect and withdrawn all the authority / powers given to him including signing authority.
