Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of issue of Equity Shares to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to qualified institutions placement in terms of Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009, as amended, the Committee of the Board of Director has decided to close the issue on February 24, 2012.
