Panoramic Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 21, 2012, inter alia, has discussed and approved the proposal of investment in securities of a body corporate in Namibia upto US $ 5 Million i.e. approximately Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) in one or more tranches.
