Urja Global - Outcome of Board Meeting

Urja Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2012, inter alia, has considered and approved the following businesses:

1. The Board has considered and taken on record the proposal for establishing 5 MW capacity of Solar Power Project in Rajasthan and compliance of further 50 MW Solar Project.

2. The Board has considered and taken on record the proposal to establish 100 MW module manufacturing plant in Rajasthan.

3. The Board has considered for raising funds through FCCBs to the extent of 15 Million USD and the option of GDRs in due course of time.

4. The Board has considered the resignation of Mr. D. N. Raina with immediate effect.
