Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2012, inter alia, the following decisions have been taken : (1) Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Subroto Lahiri from the Board and the Audit Committee of the Company with immediate effect; (2) Mr. Amitava Mallick will cease to be a Director of the Company on expiry of his present term on close of business hours on March 31, 2012; (3) Mr. D. K. Sharda has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 1 (one) year with effect from April 01, 2012.
