SMIFS Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2012 has re-appointed Mr. Kishor Shah as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from April 01, 2012 on the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee in their meeting held on January 31, 2012 subject to the approval by Special Resolution in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
