Mafatlal Ind - Outcome of Board Meeting - Change of Financial Year

Mafatlal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 27, 2012, the Financial Year 2011-12 of the Company has been changed to end on March 31, 2012 instead of on June 30, 2012 and thereafter the subsequent financial years to end on 31st March. The Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the Company after giving effect to such change shall be for a period of Nine Months instead of Twelve Months i.e. from July 01, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
