Prism Cement - Corrigendum to Financial Results for December 31, 2011 
With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for December 31, 2011, Prism Cement Ltd has now due to an inadvertent printing error in respect of Capital Employed as on March 31, 2011 in the Segmentwise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed, the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2011 declared on January 24, 2012, needs to be corrected
In this regard the Company has submitted to BSE a corrected copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2011.
