Greaves Cotton - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2012, inter alia, has declared Third Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.40 (Paise Forty only) per share for the current financial year 2011-12. Thus, including the First and Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share already declared and paid by the Company, the total Interim Dividend so far declared by the Company works out to Rs. 1.20 per share, for the current financial year 2011-12.
