Camlin - Outcome of Committee Meeting

Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on January 23, 2012, have allotted 2,46,775 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 68901575 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
