TATACAP IV - Updates on ensuing Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 02, 2012, Tata Capital Ltd has now informed BSE that the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company will be sought at a Board Meeting to be held on January 06, 2012 (instead of January 05, 2012) to consider and approve of certain modifications to the Information Memorandum, subject to receipt of the necessary approvals from the Stock Exchanges, the Debenture Trustees and the Investors, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Information Memorandum.
