BCL Forgings - Outcome of AGM

BCL Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 30, 2011, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 & the Profit & Loss Account the year ended on that date together with the Auditors'' and Directors'' Reports were approved and adopted.

2. Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad & Mr. Rajiv Raje, Directors of the Company who retired by rotation were re-appointed.

3. M. A. Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants, the auditors of the Company were re-appointed as Auditors.
