Numech Emballag - Outcome of General Meeting of Creditors' of Company (In Liquidation)

Numech Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that the creditors of the Company at their Meeting held on December 24, 2011, have concluded and transacted the following business;

1. Approved the Liquidator''s statement of the acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year i.e. September 30, 2010 to September 29, 2011, together with a statement in the prescribed form no 153 containing the prescribed particulars with respect to the proceedings in, and position of, the liquidation as per provisions of Section 508 of the Companies Act, 1956.
