Murthy has ceased as Company Secretary of SJVN Limited consequent to his superannuation with effect from November 30, 2011; (b) Vide Circular Resolution No. 14/2011 the Board of Directors have appointed Sh. Soumendra Das as "Whole Time Secretary" of the Company with effect from December 01, 2011; (c) Sh. Soumendra Das has also been designated as "Compliance Officer".
