Tirupati Sarjan - Outcome of Board Meeting
Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2011, inter alia, has follows:
1. Mr. Bhailal B Shah has resigned as the Chairman of the company due to personal reasons and the Board of Directors have elected Mr. Jitendra I. Patel, Managing Director, as the Chairman of the Company w.e.f. December 05, 2011. However Mr. Bhailal B. Shah will act as the Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f. December 05, 2011.
2. The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Tapas N. Ruparelia as the Compliance Officer of the company in place of Mr. Chandrakant T. Patel w.e.f. December 05, 2011.
