TTK Prestige - Equity Shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

TTK Prestige Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant by an Order made on November 21, 2011 the Court has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company be held at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No.38, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Hosur -635 126 Tamil Nadu on December 24, 2011 at 11.00 A.M. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Applicant Company and Prestige Housewares India Ltd.
