Banswara Syntex Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 11, 2011, has reviewed the appointment of Managing & Whole Time Directors and has made fresh appointment as under: (1) Shri R. L. Toshniwal - Chairman; (2) Shri Ravi Toshniwal - Managing Director; (3) Shri Rakesh Mehra - Vice Chairman; (4) Shri Shaleen Toshniwal - Jt. Managing Director. The terms of appointment and the remuneration has also been proposed for modification. The appointments are effective from January 01, 2012. It shall be proposed for approval of the shareholders by postal ballot.
