Stelco Strips - Result of Postal Ballot

Stelco Strips Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company have approved with overwhelming majority by voting through postal ballot the resolution authorizing Board of Directors to transfer, sell, lease and/or otherwise dispose off block assets comprising of land, building plant & machinery and misc fixed assets of the Company situated at C-122, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana (Unit No. 1) and/or at G.T. Road, Village laspalon, Doraha Khanna (Unit No. 2) under Section 293(1)(a) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956.
