UCAL Fuel - Outcome of AGM

Ucal Fuel Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Adoption of the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.

2. Declaration of dividend at 40% to the equity shareholders whose name appears in the register of members as on the date of the annual general meeting.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. S. Muthukrishnan and Dr. V. Sumantran, Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. G. Balu Associates as auditors of the Company.

5. Appointment of Mr. R. Sundararaman as Director of the Company.

6. Reappointment of the Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Jayakar Krishnamurthy and approval for remuneration payable to him.

7. Appointment of Mr. R. Sundararaman, as Joint Managing Director and approval for remuneration payable to him.
