JCT Electronics - Outcome of AGM

JCT Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2011, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. The audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the schedules annexed thereto and the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon were unanimously adopted.

2. Mr. K. Jayabharath Reddy, who retired by rotation, was unanimously appointed as Director of the company liable to retire by rotation.

3. M/s. V. Sahai Tripathi & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi were unanimously appointed as Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be decided by the Directors.
