SBEC Systems - Outcome of AGM

SBEC Systems India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2011 inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Adoption of Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Anupam Bansal as Director of the Company subject to retirement by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. G. C. Jain as Director of the Company subject to retirement by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. K. K. Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors.

5. To revise the salary of Mr. Anil Jain, Manager of the Company.
