Narmada Agro - Outcome of AGM

Narmada Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption and approval of the audited balance sheet as March 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss account of the company for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and their Report of Directors'' and Auditors.

2. Reappointment of Mrs. Bhavna Puri as Director of the Company, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers herself for reappointment.

3. Re-appointment of the M/s. P. Dalal & Co., Chartered Accountant, Ahmedabad as Auditor of the Company.
