Sunitee Chem - Outcome of AGM

Sunitee Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011 inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Adoption and Approval of Balance Sheet together with Profit & Loss Account, Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2011.

2. Approval for Re-appointment of Mr. Pushpendra Neema as a director of the company.

3. Ms. Preeti Patadia retired as a director at the AGM in view of not seeking reappointment.

4. Approval for appointment of M/s. S. N. Gadia & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.
