Lloyd Rock Fibr - Outcome of AGM

Lloyd Rockfibers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have passed the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, and Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Reports of the Directors'' and Auditors'' thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. B. D. Malliah as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. A. K. Srivastava as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. Dubey & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for another term.
