Digital Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Annual Accounts together with the report of the Directors and the Auditors thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.

2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Mamta Dalal as Director.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Kishore Dalal as Director.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. MZS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
