Killick Nixon - Postponement of AGM

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on September 30, 2011, Killick Nixon Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have received a letter dated September 15, 2011 from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, intimating the Company having granted an extension of 1 month to hold Annual General Meeting of the Company on or before October 31, 2011.

Therefore, the Company, wish to postpone the schedule Annual General Meeting from September 30, 2011 to October 20, 2011.
