Jainco Projects - Outcome of Board Meeting

Jainco Projects India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 22, 2011, to approve the appointment of Mr. Sumit Bhansali as a Director of the Company, w.e.f. September 22, 2011. The Company further confirmed that he is not follows under the category of "Disqualification of the Board of Directors under Section 274 of the Companies Act, 1956,"

Further the Company has informed that Mr. Sushil Kumar Bhansali resigns from the post of Directorship of the Company, w.e.f. September 22, 2011.
