Dhanus Tech - Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares

Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the authority conferred upon the Board by its Articles of Association for capitalizing its Reserves for the issue of Bonus Equity Shares, the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on September 02, 2011 has made the allotment of 40,30,62,312 Bonus shares in the ratio of 12 : 5 (Twelve New Equity Shares for every Five Equity Shares held) to those Shareholders whose names are reflected in the Register of Members as on the Record Date i.e., August 30, 2011.
