Graphic Charts Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had convened an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on August 29, 2011, to consider the question of appointing an Auditor in place of the previous Auditor M/s RKJK Khanna & Co. The previous Auditor had resigned before the end of their term i.e., the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2011.
The meeting appointed M/s J K Khanna & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting 2011.
