NGL Fine Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 18, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

- Ordinary Business:

1. Approval of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 along with Directors and Auditors Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Suman Lad as a Director of the Company who retires by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Bharat Gandhi & Co., Statutory Auditors and fixing up of their remuneration.

4. Re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Nachane, as Managing Director of the Company.
