Graphic Charts Ltd has informed BSE that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 29, 2011, at 9.00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at B-6, Valmiki Apartments, Near Bombay Pharmacy College, Off Vidyanagari Marg, Kalina, Mumbai - 400 098, inter alia, to transact the following business:

- To appoint M/s. J K Khanna & Co., Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. R K J K Khanna & Co., Chartered Accountants, and that M/s. J K Khanna & Co., Chartered Accountants, do hold office until conclusion of the next annual general meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions.
