Oriqua - Result of Postal Ballot

Oriqua Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the Special Resolution for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of Orissa to the State of West Bengal, read with Section 192A of the said Act and the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, with more than two third majority.
