Benares Hotels - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2011 to August 11, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2011.

The Dividend as recommended by the Directors for the year ended March 31, 2011, if passed at the Meeting, will be made payable on or after August 20, 2011.
