TV 18 - Fixes Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement

Television Eighteen India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed June 22, 2011 as the 'Record Date' for determining the names of the shareholders of TV18, who would be eligible to receive shares of ibn18 and
Network18:

a. as beneficial owners as at the end of the business on June 22, 2011, as per the details furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd in respect of the shares held by the respective shareholders in electronic form; and

b. in the Register of Members of the Company after giving effect to all valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the Company before the closing hours on June 22, 2011.
