Unisys Soft - Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier annoucement dated February 17, 2011 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Unisys Softwares & Holding Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of issue of warrants was mentioned incorrect and the correct date of issue of Convertible Warrants was February 11, 2011 instead of February 15, 2011 as stated ub earlier announcement. The Correct outcome of Board Meeting sholud be read as under :

"The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2011, have issued and allotted 30,00,000 Convertible warrants to all applicants as laid out in notice sent to members of Company, as against receipt of 25 percent of issue price from said applicants.
