Unity Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following agenda:

1. To consider and take on record an Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & year ended March 31, 2011.

2. To consider and approve Audited Standalone Annual Accounts, Audited Consolidated Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011.

3. To consider and recommend dividend if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2011.

4. To consider and fix the date of Book Closure for Annual General Meeting.
