With reference to news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Jindal Stainless Looks to Acquire Ailing Shah Alloys", Shah Alloys Ltd has clarified to BSE that information appeared in the Financial Daily in connection with the company appears to be baseless. The Company submit that there is no negotiation from our tide with JSL. From the face of news, it appears that there may be malafide Intent of some broker/institution, We are not aware a to hew this information has come to the media.
