Bhandari Consul - Board Meeting Re-scheduled on Feb 24, 2011

Bhandari Consultancy & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the board meeting was held on February 17, 2011 (not on the due date i.e. February 16, 2011 due to public holiday) for consideration of the issue of the shares on preferential basis of the Company as per Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act and other applicable provisions. The matter was taken up by the board but due to certain preferable changes suggested it was put to further clarification. As a result, no consent was obtained for the same and it was decided to hold the board meeting for reconsideration of the matter on February 24, 2011.
