Ananthi Constru - Proposal for Object and Name Change

Ananthi Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been engaged in Construction activity since its incorporation. However, due to the adverse market conditions, the Board of Directors have decided to diversify into food industry such as chain of bakeries.

To reflect the change in the objects, the name of the Company is also proposed to be changed. In-principal approval of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai has been obtained for the name ''Ananthis International Bakers Ltd.'' vide Form 1A filed on December 23, 2010.

The above specified changes are subject to the shareholders approval through postal ballot.
