Numech Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that the contributories of the Company at their Meeting held on December 15, 2010, have concluded and transacted the business as per notice.

1. Approved the Liquidator''s statement of the acts and dealings and of the conduct at the winding up during the 12 months since the commencement of the winding up i.e. September 30, 2009 to September 29, 2010.
